The Club says goodbye and thank you to President Brian and Hello and good luck to incoming President Jim.

Immediate Past District Governor Mike Hodge (now restored to us ) will speak about the very recent Rotary International Convention in Toronto, which he and RIBI President Debbie Hodge and 25,000 other Rotarians attended.

The Leader of Barnet Council Councillor Richard Cornelius (recently re-elected for a fourth year term) will tell us what he hopes to achieve in those four years. This is a rare opportunity to hear from and indeed question the Leader of the Council and to show him how Rotary is alive and well in the Borough of Barnet.

This weeks Club speaker will be Bidemi Alabi, who is a director at Barnet TV.

Rotarian George Ritchie, from The International Fellowship of Flying Rotarians (IFFR), will be talking to the Club about the groups  dedication to promoting Rotary and aviation as an opportunity for fellowship and service.

Visit to the Club by Rotary in London District Governor 2018-19 Michael Wren.

Former Mayor of Enfield, Mrs Anne-Marie Pearce, will talk to the Club about ”What I have learnt after decades in local politics”, and “What I have learnt after decades in local Politics”.

Visit of the President of RIBI Debbie Hodge.

With Hope and Home there is a lot to smile about according to Rotarian Alan Clark even if there still a lot left to be done. 120 institutions down to 18 in Romania, replaced by homes for children. Other countries are being targeted , the work goes on.
