The Head Teacher of Whitings Hil Primary School , Sejal Patel spoke at the March 18th meeting of Barnet Rotary Club.
She explained the issues facing her school including a high percentage of children in receipt of Pupil Premium and free School Meals . The School is fortunate to have a swimming pool as well as having been completely rebuilt and reopened in 2009. The Barnet Rotary Club has many links with the School our Past President the late Richard Jeffreys served as Chairman of the Governors .
The Club were happy to hand over a cheque to cover the costs of a Year 6 pupil to attend the School Journey.
