A Magnificent Evening was held by Barnet Rotary Club to mark their 90th Birthday last night.
The Mayor of Barnet Councillor Caroline Stock and District 1130 Governor Tony Sharma led the tributes to the work of the Club over the last 90 years and the well known Spitting Image actor and impersonator Steve Nallon performed an excellent Cabaret.
Over 100 members and past members of the Club, visiting Rotarians and friends attended the dinner and witnessed President Colin hand over a substantial cheque to Friends in Need, the local Charity in East Barnet that does so much to help the Community.
Roll on the Club’s Centenary in 10 years time!
